This consulting engagement focuses on adding features that increase market share and/or decrease the combined ratio for a new/updated automated solution.
The engagement addresses the impact of expending an enormous amount of resources to create a new solution because of age or other reasons (e.g. merging 2 different systems) without adding a return on investment business component, which can usually be done at a small additional cost. The primary customer participation group will consist of those involved in the daily running of the insurance business.
The expected elapsed time of this engagement is 1 to 3 months - the duration depends on the availability of mid-level management personnel - business & IT.
